30 Minute walk/run - 1.8 miles at 16:52 min. pace

Diet:
   9:30am -  Fruit Smoothie with Super Food 
  11:00am - 2 fried eggs
   1:00pm - Pita and chicken breast
   3:30pm - small bowl turkey chili  
   6:00pm -cup of chowder soup
  9:00pm - salad with chicken breast

Water:
 2.5 liters

Weight:
331.4 (+2.6 lbs.)
