Diet:
   9:30am -  Fruit Smoothie with Super Food 
  12:00am - 1 Summer Rolls and 1/2 bowl Pho Soup (beef)
   2:00pm - 1/2 bowl Pho Soup (beef)
   3:30pm - 6 PB and Crackers   
   5:00pm - 3 1/2 beef sticks
   8:00pm - 1 bowl chili and cup of chicken tortilla soup
 10:00pm - I broke and had strawberries and cheesecake

Water:
 1 liters

Weight:
339.8 (-1.4 lbs.)
