   7:30am - 1 Cup Coffee  
  11:00am - 1 Serving V-8
   1:00pm - Wendy’s 1/2 cobb salad and 10 chicken nuggets
   3:30pm - 6 PB and Crackers
   8:00pm - 2 bowls turkey chili and 7 crackers

Water:
  2 liters
