Workout:
Today was our OFF DAY, so no work out.

Diet:
   7:30am - 2 Cups Coffee  
   9:00am - Banana
   1:00pm - Single Burger+1/2 hot dog+fries (WAAAAY BAD)
   3:30pm - Trail Mix
  8:00pm - Chicken Pita / Salad / Chicken Soup

Water:
  3 liters

Weight:
342.2 (+1.2 lbs.)
