Noon - 4 Miles: 16:50 / 19:11 / 19:01 / 17:46 -Splits



Diet:
10:00am - Coffee
  1:30pm -  Lamb pita, baked lays, 22 oz. Diet Coke
  4:45pm - 2 Bites yogurt
  8:30pm - Chicken breast, pita, salad, mac & cheese (I know…)
 10:30pm - 2 Goombay smashes (OJ, pineapple, rum…)

Water:
  2 liters

Weight:
344.3 (-3.3 lbs.)
