Holding Myself Accountable - Day #2
Today was going to be a weird day, but it turned out pretty nice. I had to be in Lakeland in the AM and then Ocala between 11-2. And THEN I was possibly supposed to be in Orlando by 3. But I had a doctor appointment at 9:00…so something had to give.
I got the pre-doctor stuff done, and picked up the generator and drove up to Ocala and home by 3pm…. Now, just waiting to go online for my first ever video podcast with the WDW After Dark folks.
The run last night was pretty good. I woke up feeling pretty good. I’ve been really tired lately, but that is because the crazy hours I have been working. But today, I feel pretty good.

Workout:
Evening - 1.6 miles in 30 min run. Iwas trying to keep up, and actually averaged a 16 minute pace.
Diet:
9:30am - Fruit smoothie
11:30am - 1/2 Cobb Salad + 10 chicken nuggets from Wendy’s
2:45pm - Smore’s breakfast bar
7:30pm - Chicken and Dumpling soup
8:00pm - Trail mix
10:30pm - 2 martini’s and a vodka cranberry
