Holding Myself Accountable - Day #1
Trying to be 1/2 the awesome of my lovely wife, I will be using this blog to keep up to day on my weight training and running… Today was not my best day, but they are getting better!

Workout:
Evening - 1.6 miles in 30 min run. Iwas trying to keep up, and actually averaged a 16 minute pace.
Diet:
8:30am - V-8, 1 serving can
10:30am - Trail mix
2:00pm - Vallartas, not the best choice, but didn’t go crazy!
4:30pm - More trail mix
10:00pm - Santa Fe Chicken and Black Bean soup
